I love dinner rolls so I was super excited to learn how to make them.breakfast is now sorted in my house when someone forgets to buy bread
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat the milk and water till it is warm and not hot.melt the butter too you can do all this in a microwave.hot mixture will kill the yeast and a cold mixture will not activate yeast
- 2
Next put the warm milk, warm water, melted butter and sugar in a bowl, then add the yeast and stir
- 3
Leave it to bloom for atleast 5 minutes if it doesn't bloom and look like this discard mixture and buy a new packet of yeast.add one egg and stir
- 4
Next sift your flour and salt into a bowl and add the yeast mixture
- 5
Stir the mixture with a spoon till all the flour is incorporated then knead in the bowl you will get a soft dough
- 6
Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead you can add alittle amount of flour to it.knead for atleast 15 minutes
- 7
To check if your dough is ready.poke it with your finger if it easily comes back it's ready if not continue kneading
- 8
Put the dough in a bowl cover with a dry towel or cling film and let it rest in a warm place for atleast 45 minutes
- 9
I normally like to hasten this process by putting a bowl of how water underneath the bowl with dough.i normally place a microwave grill between them
- 10
After the 45 minutes your dough should have doubled in size.punch it down to remove air bubbles
- 11
Knead again into a ball
- 12
Divide the ball of dough into 16 identical pieces you can do this with a weighing machine.or you can Cut the ball of dough into half then quarters like that till you get 16 pieces
- 13
Knead the small balls again you can incorporate any dry fruit you like
- 14
Put the balls on a greased pan with parchment paper
- 15
Cover the tray with a dry towel and let proof for 45 minutes again.eggwash with a brush be very gentle
- 16
Preheat your oven to 190 degrees and bake the dinner rolls for 25 minutes.on the middle rack
- 17
Then after you remove them brush them will melted butter.enjoy when cooled

Simple Dinner Rolls Simple Dinner Rolls
I wanted to make bread but didn't know how to make it. This bread can be made easily in the bread maker and you can eat as an accompaniment to dinner. I used this recipe when I was just starting out baking bread in my own way.If using this amount of ingredients, be sure to remove from the bread maker after the first rising has been completed, and use an oven to bake the bread. The amount of ingredients listed is too much to leave in the bread maker, so it won't work.I use this combination of ingredients as a base. You can use it to make a square loaf in a pan (shokupan or Pullman bread), or add dried fruits & nuts etc. for different variations. Recipe by Mahha mama cookpad.japan -
