Ingredients

40-45mins
  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 tbscinnamon
  3. 3 piecescarrot shredded
  4. 1tspoon salt
  5. 2tspoon baking soda
  6. 4large eggs
  7. 1 cupsuger
  8. 1 cupcanola or vegetable oil
  9. 1tspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Put eggs, shredded carrots and oil in a blender,, blend till light

  2. 2

    In another bowl mix the dry ingredients,, flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar, mix them evenly

  3. 3

    Pour the carrot mix into the flour and mix using a mixer until not so thick paste is formed

  4. 4

    Set your oven up to 180d, grease your baking tin, pour your mixture and bake for 40-45mins. Insert a toothpick after to see if it's cooked inside,, if the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready.

    Remove from the oven and set it aside to cool, yuo can either decorate it or eat it that way.
