  1. 250 gramsoaked chana dal 5 to 4 hour's
  2. 2finally chopped onion medium size
  3. 2finally green chilli
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. Pinchasafoetida
  6. 1 tbsturmeric powder
  7. 14black pepper corn
  8. 14garlic cloves
  9. Handfulschopped green coriander leaves
  10. 5 tbscooking oil
  11. As neededwater
  12. To tastesalt

    Firstly wash and strain it soaked dal

    Now transfer the jar then add black pepper corn, garlic cloves some little water make a gradual paste

  3. 3

    Now transfer the bowl then add all given ingredients mix it well

  4. 4

    Now heat the non stick frying pan gress with oil then put on spoonful mixture spread it round shape

  5. 5

    Now shallow fry it becomes both sides on lower flame (crispy and golden brown colour)

    Now remove the plates and serve it hot and ant types of chutney or sauce, tea
