Cooking Instructions
- 1
These are leftover sashimi fish I put soy sauce last night. You can put anything you like on rice, seafood, salty pickles, fried minced meat.....
- 2
Put Nori and Sashimi on rice.
- 3
Green onion, sesame and wasabi paste to taste. And if you have Dashi powder put a little. Today I choose Japanese brown tea (Houji tea). Green tea, Japanese Dashi stock or boiled water are 👌.

Sprinkle tea and put some soy sauce to taste.

Summertime Chilled Ochazuke (Rice with Tea) with Dashi Stock Granules Summertime Chilled Ochazuke (Rice with Tea) with Dashi Stock Granules
This is a chilled ochazuke dish that can be easily eaten on a hot day. It is delicious made with just cold tea, but it tastes even better with dashi stock granules.Make sure to rinse the warm rice quickly in water, remove the stickiness, and thoroughly drain. You can use barley tea, roasted green tea, or oolong tea instead . Green tea is good because it isn't bitter (This time I used bottled green tea that was on sale). Recipe by Erueru286 cookpad.japan -
Lime and Japanese cherry blossom tea slushee Lime and Japanese cherry blossom tea slushee
Super simple to make and super good to drink! I have another recipe for Japanese cherry blossom tea so if you like this tea go check that out! This recipe isn’t hard. All you really need is some limes and tea! Then you have a slushee!Japanese cherry blossom tea is super expensive if you buy quality. (Which in my family is the only good thing.) it can be up to 20$ for 6 bags!! Crazy...The reason I chose Japanese cherry blossom tea was because it’s a mix. It’s cherry blossom flowers and black tea. The caffeine level is also the highest level for caffeine in tea.The point of this recipe is to have iced tea so ENJOY! Bmoorefood🧁 -
Microwaved Rich Royal Milk Tea Microwaved Rich Royal Milk Tea
I didn't like the idea of putting the tea bags in the microwave with the staples attached, so I decided to do it this way.I also find wrapping the teabags up with their string somewhat relaxing.Mind you don't prick yourself when you are removing the staples from the tea bags. Matcha & Green Tea Double Tea Rice Matcha & Green Tea Double Tea Rice
Matcha bread and desserts are delicious and I'm a big fan of them. So then I thought for tea rice, instead of just green tea, how about adding matcha as well?!If the matcha isn't dissolving, add it while the tea is still somewhat warm and dissolve (some clumping is fine). 10 Minutes in a Pressure Cooker! Spare Ribs Simmered in Yuzu Tea 10 Minutes in a Pressure Cooker! Spare Ribs Simmered in Yuzu Tea
I had boiled spare ribs in yuzu marmalade before, so I tried boiling it in lots of yuzu tea (jam). I used a pressure cooker to reduce the cooking time. It quickly cooked up tender and citrusy, turning out to be a perfect dish for guests!I don't really have any hints. You can also use yuzu marmalade if you don't have yuzu tea. It is really simple, but it is great for guests! It is tender enough for kids to eat easily . Or it can be used as a side dish to rice, or as a beer snack~! Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Tea and Apple Rice Cooker Cake Oil-Free Tea and Apple Rice Cooker Cake
I wanted to eat a cake with tea in it, and I also had a lot of apples, but I wanted to keep it simple and make it in a rice cooker, so I made this.Black tea and apples do go so well together This is an apple cake subtly scented with tea.If you are worried that the apples on the bottom will stick to the rice cooker bow, butter the bottom of the bowl, or line with parchment paper. In most cases the apple sticks to the cake batter, so you don't have to be concerned. Recipe by kouyoshi cookpad.japan -
