Ingredients

  1. Any vegetable of choice
  2. Cold or ice water

Cooking Instructions

    Put pot on fire add water when it stsrt boiling put in your vegetable allow to cook for two minutes

  2. 2

    Remove from fire and pour away the boiling water then pour the vegetables inside the cold or ice water.

  3. 3

    You can freeze it for weeks before use.

  4. 4

    The cold water is to help stop the cooking process.
