Sbsai pehlai suji ko ghee mein bhoon ke milk mila ke alag rkhdain.

1 alag bartan mein sugar caramelized krlain.

Phr ismai khoya, akhrot, nutmeg powder aur suji ko add krlain itna bhoonain ke ghee alag hojaye toffee ki shakal bnjaye.

Phr ghee mein gond fry kar ke halwa mein add krlain aur pan mein nikal ke serve krain.
