Ingredients

  1. 2Tomato
  2. 1 tspCorn flour
  3. 1 cupSoya chunks washed and baked/air fried
  4. 1 tspBlack pepper
  5. 1 tspOlive oil
  6. 1/4 cupOnion chopped
  7. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  8. 1 tspCumin powder
  9. 1 tspBlack Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Make purée of tomato and onion.

  2. 2

    Mix cornflour in it by blending it little.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil, add ginger garlic paste, then add purée and all spices and salt, cook till boiling point, serve hot with adding crunchy soya chunks.
