Cooking Instructions

Except sugar & water add all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix well

Heat water in a pan, add sugar in it & stir. When all the sugar has dissolved remove the pan from heat sauce & add this sugar syrup into the dry ingredients & make a firm dough

Let the dough rest for 5-7 minutes then roll it as a semi thick chapati then shape the khajur as you desire using cookie cutters or knife

Heat oil in a deep frying pan & fry the khajur till they turn golden brown from both sides. And your delicious Bihari khajur is ready to serve!
