#PAKNIGDahi baray is very famous in Pakistan. This can be serve in different style and with different taste, like sweet dahi baray with chat masla, some like salty yogurt, some sweet and salty. In this recipe first I soak the lentil then I make a paste then deep fry the the lentil fritters then take some of them and save for next use then dip in water for 30 mins and then soak all then making sweet yogurt and add all soaked fritters in it then leave it fridge for 2 to 3 hours . I make all my iftar in afternoon and fridge all the things and take out before iftari. Haniyah’s kitchen -
