Dahi baray is fav dish during Ramadan aftari in our home specially make them from mash daal powder and some times with mong daal powder.very easy to make perfect for teatime
Cooking Instructions

Mash daal powder add water in it for thick consistency add salt zeera powder chiili powder and dhania powder and mix

Fry them on medium heat take one spoon batter and fry them until golden brown bith side dip in water for 3min and ta ke out by pressing excess water
- 3
Now take yogurt add whisk it now add bhoona zeera green chiilies onions tomatoes dhania podina salt kali mirch in it and give a good mixin

Now add fried baray in yogurt and put some chat masala over it and enjoy

#PAKNIGDahi baray is very famous in Pakistan. This can be serve in different style and with different taste, like sweet dahi baray with chat masla, some like salty yogurt, some sweet and salty. In this recipe first I soak the lentil then I make a paste then deep fry the the lentil fritters then take some of them and save for next use then dip in water for 30 mins and then soak all then making sweet yogurt and add all soaked fritters in it then leave it fridge for 2 to 3 hours .
