Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupssifted plain flour
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 4 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 180 mlcocoa powder
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence
  8. 1/2 cupoil
  9. 1 cupboiled hot water
  10. 1 cupmilk
  11. Toppings as desired

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180 °c. Grease or line 2 muffin trays. In a large bowl sift the dry ingredients and mix till combined.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla, make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the egg.Add the milk then oil and lightly mix.

    Pour in the hot water, mix till combined.Add 1 1/2Tbs of batter each in the trays.Bake for 20mins.

    Allow the cupcakes to cool.Decorate as desired and enjoy. 🧁☕

planning to do this but worried about sugar flour ratio,, na i use a cup of sugar for tha 2.5 cups flour?
