  1. 1medium sided butter nut
  2. 1 cupa soup tomato sachet
  3. 1onion
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 1red pepper
  6. 1yellow pepper
  7. 250 gmushrooms
  8. 1 tablespooncrushed garlic
  9. 2 tablespoonLouisiana Cajun spice/ or any favorite seasoning

    Preheat oven to 180°C

    Slice the onions and mushrooms into half rings and slice the peppers into strips

  3. 3

    Cut the butternut in half and peel it.

  4. 4

    Grease the baking pan and put the butternut on top

  5. 5

    Place the mushrooms, onions, and peppers on top of the butternut and spice it

  6. 6

    Insert it into the oven for 1h30/until butternut is soft

  7. 7

    Make cup a soup and blend it all together.
