Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled chickpeas
  2. 2small potato cut pieces and fried
  3. 1big sized onion chopped
  4. 1big sized tomato chopped
  5. 5 tbspoil
  6. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/4fenugreek seeds
  9. 1/4chilli paste
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. As per taste salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  16. 1green chilli
  17. as requiredCoriander leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take pan add oil add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds green chilli and fry add onion and fry well add tomatoes fry well add all spices and saute and grind in a mixer jar into a fine paste. Add chickpeas and potato and cook for 2 minutes and add 1 glass water for gravy after boiling add coriander leaves chopped and keep on slow flame for 10 minutes.

    Ready to serve with salad and poori or paratha
