These lamb cutlets are so easy to make but taste so, so good!

I made these for Channel 4 Beat the Chef, where I cooked against Mark Sargent a Michelin Starred Chef! I actually still can’t believe it, that from the blind tasting panel, I got 4 votes out of 5 for this dish!! Just because I beat such a high calibre Chef these are simple to make and take just a few minutes each side !

Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 12-8lamb cutlets depending on their size
  2. 1 knobginger
  3. 1 handfulfresh coriander
  4. 3 tbsprapseed oil
  5. 4large garlic cloves
  6. Large tsp of salt
  7. 1 tbspgaram masala
  8. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  9. 1/2Cayenne pepper (optional)
  10. Halfjuice of lemon

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Trim the lamb cutlets to size! Or ask your butcher.

  2. 2

    Next throw the add the ginger, garlic & coriander into a blender.

    Add the lemon juice, salt and spices to the mix then....

  4. 4

    Blitz...

  5. 5

    Lay the cutlets on tin foil and brush on the marinade! Leave to rest for as long as possible.

    Add a bit of oil to a frying pan and heat on a high heat for a few minutes each side and on the fat end too! Leave to rest and serve !! Enjoy 😊

    Serve it with my Saag Aloo!
