This is a really quick, easy and delicious noodle lunch at my #workfromhomelunch today. I found a pack on instant noodle, broccoli, eggs, pea and chilli in my fridge and 15 min after I got my lunch 🍴 🍜.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packinstant noodles
  2. Small bunch of broccoli chopped up
  3. 1small cup frozen peas
  4. 1egg (6min soiled boil)
  5. 3 slicesfresh chilli
  6. 1 tspchilli flakes
  7. 2 tbspsoysauce
  8. 1 cupchicken stock or can use just water
  9. Some salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring your stock or water up to boil, add your instant noodle in and cook for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Add your broccoli, peas, seasoning with soysauce, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Boil your egg for 6 min for soft boiled and egg your egg in. Put your noodles in a bowl with egg. Top with fresh chilli and chilli flakes.

Now this is the sort of thing I like. Quick, tasty and involves only a “jump at the cupboard door”. Don’t know when but I’ll have a go at this sometime.
