Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupmango peeled & grated
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 500 gmmilk boiled & thicken
  4. 2 tspmilkmaid
  5. 2green cardamom crushed
  6. 2 droprose water
  7. 2 tspdry fruits chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk until some thicken.

    Add sugar and boil 5 minutes.

    Add milkmaid,stir it.

  4. 4

    Remove it from the flame keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Let it cool.

    Add cardamom, mix it. Add rose water and dry fruits mix it.

    Add grated mango,mix it.

  8. 8

    Keep it in refrigerator.

  9. 9

    Now mango kheer is ready to serve.

  10. 10

    Before serving add.Some more dry fruits.
