8 tbspJaggery/ sugar
2 tsp Dry fruit
1 cardamom paste

Boil and stir milk then add rice and boil it. As rice is soft and milk is reduced add jaggery /sugar. Finaly add cardamom and ghee.

Put the kheer in bowl then add dry fruit to decorate. Put it in freeze for 30 minutes, then serve it.
