Ingredients

40- 45 minutes
4people
  1. 1 litrefull fat milk
  2. 3 tbsprice washed and soaked for 30 minutes
  3. 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  4. 1 tbspdry coconut grated
  5. 1/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat milk in a pan.

    When it comes to a boil,add rice (half crushed with spoon), cardamom powder and grated coconut.

    Cook on low heat till kheer thickens.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring in between

  5. 5

    It will take 45 minutes to an hour for the kheer to thicken.

  6. 6

    Add sugar and cook for two minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish with almonds.

  8. 8

    Sreve hot or chilled.
