  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

  6. pinchfood colour
  7. to tastesalt

  9. 1/2 tspzeera
  10. warm water to make a paste
  11. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Aalu cheel kar is ke bareek slices kat ke unko salt ke pani me 1/2 hour ke liye bhigo dein.

    Baisan me tamam masalay add kar ke neem garampani se mix kar ke ik paste bana lein jo zada garhana ho zada patla na ho.

    Phir ik karhai me oil garamkar ke un potato slices ko ik ik kar ke baisan ke paste me lapait kar fry karte jayen.

    Golden brown hone par nikal lein aur ketchup ya chutney ke sath serve karen.
