Ingredients

  1. 100 gmswhole moong sprouts
  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1beetroot
  5. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1-1/2 tspchaat masala
  8. 1-2green chillies
  9. 1lime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the whole green moong overnight. Next day tie it in a muslin cloth and keep it till the sprouts are ready. Chop all the other ingredients.

    In a vessel add all the chopped veggies and sprouts, chillies and coriander leaves. Add chaat masala, salt. Mix well. Add lime juice. Serve it. Fresh and healthy salad.
