Ingredients

  1. 1bunch spinach
  2. 1-2 cupboiled chana
  3. 2green chili
  4. 1/2 inch ginger
  5. 2-3garlic
  6. 2 tbspcorn flour
  7. 1 bowlbread crumbs
  8. 1 tspmango powder
  9. 2 tspred chili powder
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. to tastesalt

    Boil the spinach and chana. Then put them in the mixer jar.

    Now grind them nicely. Then take all the ingredients.

    Now add all the masala in it. And make the tikkya from it.

    Now spread bread crumbs and add cashew to it. Now make like this all the tikkya.

    Now put oil in a pan and put all the tikkya in the pan and shallow fry it.

    Healthy and tasty spinach chana kebab are ready.
