Boil dal,soya chunks and bay leaf for two whistle

Drain water and let it cool

Grind it coarsely and add all the ingredients and mix it nicely

Grease hand and make patty from the mixture

Heat tava and drizzle some oil on it and arrange the patty on it

Roast it golden brown on low flame

Do not use oil at a same time pour it in batches and roast the patty
- 8
Serve it with green chutney
