At first I have mixed wheat flour, curd, baking powder, eno, sugar, salt in a bowl.I have made soft dough & added water if it is required & applied oil for 15-20 minutes. After that I have made balls from the dough & Rolled oval shape roti. I have added kalonji, garlic & coriender on it & again rolled. Then I have applied water on the back side of naan. I have applied water because it should be sticked properly.

I have heated empty tawa for 5-8 minutes & then I have kept water side of the naan on the heated part of tawa. Then the bubbles came & I have heated directly the front part of tawa on flame.

Then 2sides of the naan was fully cooked.Then I have applied butter on the naan. Finally the soft & colourful wheatbuttergarlicnaan is ready to serve.
