Cooking Instructions

First make soft dough by adding all ingredients with Lukewarm water grease bowl put dough in it cover it and put it on warm place for 2 hours

Heat oil in pan add chopped onion when it becomes pinkish add ginger garlic paste

Saute for 2 mints then add chicken add all spieces and sauces cook for 4,5 minutes

Then add flour mix it and cook for 2 mints then add milk stirring continuously mix well and cook until all milk absorbed and batter becomes dry, filling is ready let it cool

Now punch down in the dough,and knee it again, divide it into equal balls

Take one ball and flatten it in oval shape,put filling in the center

Make strips on both sides,fold all strips as shown in picture

Make shape of fish,egg wash it, sprinkle seasam seeds and kolanji

I made this in pateela which I preheat on high flame for 10 mints then bake bread for 25 minutes,apply melted butter on it after baking

The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven.
