Salmon with pistachio and turmeric crust

Ingredients

  1. 1salmon fillet/person
  2. 1 cupunsalted pistachios
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  4. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven On 200°C. Lay the summer fillets onion a oven proof dish

    In the meantime prepare the pistachio crust. Start by crashing the pistachios in a mortar and put them in a bowl. Add the turmeric and the oil until it becomes a thick paste. Lay it on top of the salmon and cook it for 20 min. Serve with other veggie and rice
