  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1/2 cupgrated gourd (lauki)
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 1 pinchElaichi powder

    First of all, peel the gourd and grate it. Meanwhile, put milk on flame and let it start boiling.

    Once it get boil, add grated gourd and sugar in milk. Start boiling. When it gets a little thicker, switch off the flame and add Elaichi powder.

    Mix well. Serve hot or cold.
