Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 7-8green chillies
  3. Salt
  4. Oil
  5. Butter
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tbspnbesan
  8. 2 tbspncurd
  9. 1 tspjeera
  10. 8-10curry leaves
  11. 2 bunchcoriander leaves
  12. Water if needed
  13. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  14. 5-8garlic cloves
  15. 1 tspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the edges of the bread,give any shape you want to give,make it all ready! For stuffing add little oil to the pan add jeera,mustard seeds saute then add chopped curry leaves and chopped green chillies keep mixing add ginger garlic paste saute add turmeric powder, add boiled and mashed potatoes mix well add salt and coriander leaves mix it and let it cool!

    Besan chutney- add besan,curd,green chillies,turmeric,salt and water to the bowl make a paste. Now take a pan add little oil add jeera,curry leaves and freshly chopped garlic saute well add the besan batter keep on stiring add little water and cook for a while,add coriander leaves,its ready!

    Take one part of bread add the potato mixture to it,close with another bread, apply butter on both the sides and grill till crispy. Ready serve with besan chutney!
