For an improvisation guests of my teen nephew & his friend coming on lunch time, while I didn't have yoghurt in the fridge at all and so I've prepared a quick Pizza with just 4 ingredients using plain flour, baking powder, salt & olive oil and for the top fillings I found them in the fridge, also for the side dish frozen Potato Wedges. Ingredients

2 large pizza
  1. 350 gall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbsextra virgin olive oil
  5. 2baking sheets tray, lined with baking paper
  6. Toppings:
  7. My Homemade Pizza Sauce
  8. (see my cooking recipe "Delicious Homemade Piza Topping")
  9. 4 tbsMy Homemade Pizza Sauce
  10. Mozzarella thickly sliced
  11. 2 handfulsCheddar Cheese
  12. spicy Pepperoni Salami
  13. 8Anchovies
  14. 6Basil leaves
  15. Side dish Savoury Potato Wedges, cut peeled potatoe into wedges
  16. 1 tbsdried Oregano
  17. Salt & crushed Black pepper
  18. 1 tspgarlic powder
  19. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  20. 2 tbsOlive oil
  21. 1large tray, oiled lightly for potato chips
  22. 2 glassesCold Sprite

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oven to 200C or 189C fan/gas 6

    In a big deep plate coated with oil the potatoes wedges. In a small bowl mix the potato chips dried ingredients. Mix the potato wedge dip into the mixed dry ingredients, done one by one with your fingers, then place on the prepared large oiled tray. Then put into the preheated oven, bake for 20' then turn over the potatoes and begin lowering down the temp to 180C and continue to bake for another 10' until golden brown. Remove, cover and set aside.

    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl, add 2 tbs oil and 170ml water then stir, and knead for 2' until it forms a ball. Then flatten it with a rolling pin. If stiff, add more water, it should be soft but not sticky. If too sticky on your fingers then add 1 tbs of flour.

    Knead on a floured surface for 3'-4'. Roll into 2 balls, then flatten out. With your knuckles press on the dough inside starting from the centre pressing towards the edge, 1" from the border that the border becomes slightly higher, then brush on top border with the Olive oil (so the border crust won't become dry during the baking time in the oven). Spread on top dough with thin Pizza Sauce.

    Add topping if your choice, Mozzarella pieces, spicy sausages pre-fried, grated cheese and bake each on a baking sheet for 15' at the pre-heated of 220C degrees when is golden brown at the edges, remove. Put the basil leaves on top.Then drizzle with Olive Oil. With the roller, cut each Pizza into 6 pieces, then transfer into 2 individual plates. Transfer the baked Potatoes chips onto a large deep serving dish. To serve with 2 glasses of cold Ginger Beer or 🍽🍟🍕

My mum cook almost daily 🐟🐋🐬fresh fish dishes, a menu that has plenty of vegetables on the table, we oftenly have snack many times a day. Delightful for us as kids to have🍍🍋🌽plenty of tropical fruits at home. In my birth city the sun shine 10 months yearly, the heavy raining season is 2-3 months approximately it depends in what zone location you are.😍My mom is passionately into cooking and I growing up got inspired and learnt from her cooking recipes, but I didnt learn much because I spent most of the time with the school programs.😍🌶Now I live with my husband in New Zealand. I couldn't find many of the ingredients from the Asian stores for my cooking, so I've tried to substitute the ingredients. The results are that the taste of my cooked dishes are not perfect to the original recipes. I've to reduce the quantity of the hot chilies as my husband or invited friends who can't eat hot meal at all but the main thing is that the dishes taste delicious & healthy.My quote: Keep on trying to improve my own cooking.
