  1. 2medium diced Potatoes
  2. 1 cupsliced onions
  3. 1 cupsliced cabbage
  4. 1 1/4 cupgram flour
  5. 1/2 tblssalt
  6. 1/2 tblsred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash all vegetables then mix them in a bowl.

    Add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and Baking soda in it.

    Add water as required to make pakora mixture. Not to thin. It must be thick.

  4. 4

    Heat up oil and put one by one tbls to make pakora. On medium heat fry all Pakoras golden brown from all sides.

    Pakoray is ready serve with any Chutni.
