सामग्री

  1. For Pakora
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1small pinch of baking soda
  6. 1/3 cupwater
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil for deep frying
  9. For Kadhi
  10. 1 cupcurd
  11. 1/4 cupbesan
  12. 1and half cup water
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. For tempering
  16. 2 tbspoil
  17. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  18. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  19. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  20. 2dry red chilli
  21. 1 tbspcoriander leaves

    For making Pakoda in a bowl add all pakoda ingredients and add water as required and make a thick batter like idli batter.

    Hit oil in a frying pan take a spoon full of batter and carefully drop it in oil the fry them until medium brown and crisp and keep aside.

    For making kadhi beat curd and 1/4 cup gram flour in a bowl with hand beater. Add water, turmeric powder and salt mix all ingredients using hand beater until smooth better. Insure that there are no lumps.

    Now heat oil in a deep pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and saute for 20 to 30 seconds. Add prepared kadhi batter and mix well cook on medium flame untill raw smell of gram flour goes away.

    Stir occasionally in between to prevent sticking. Add deep fried Pakoda, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
