I made this after seeing Pizza Hut's version. I made it without sauce, and my hubby said it was one of his favorite meals! :positive

One day, I was too busy and missed my lunch. So at snack time I made an easy light meal pizza. There was plenty to share with the kids and my friends, and it turned out to be a great snack. It stays fluffy even when cooled. This pizza sauce goes well with all kinds of things.The dough is sticky, so drop the dough from the bowl onto the middle of the parchment paper, and use the back of your spoon to flatten the dough out. Same thing goes with the pizza sauce.Add the minced onions to the dough, and I think you will hardly notice the sweetness of the pancake mix. My kids love pizza and bug me all the time for pizza. I get tired of frozen pizza and sometimes don’t have the money to order a pizza. This works out great and everyone is happy. It’s easy and quick, and I also make my pizza dip, with this and have a pizza night. I like to cut a chunk off and put it on a plate with dipping sauce, and put some pizza dip and baguettes for each kids plate , and they still get to eat it like monkey bread. I made this cz i actually saw my friend pizza recipe but lazy to make complicated dough so i made this hahah.. Breakfast or lunch recommended if you are in a rush 😁✌

This is so easy and so good, it’s better than the frozen pizzas at the store. I have made this for camping and it turned out great . I’ve also been making this for years. I cook with my kids and this is a good recipe and easy one for any kid at any age .. (we shop for the ingredients on who wants what because let’s face it not everyone likes the same thing, and I set up the table with all the ingredients and let them have at it) you can go cheap with ingredients or go all out. I like getting different kinds of cheeses each time I make this. (For 4-5 people I use 3-4 breads I do have boys who like to eat and eat.) #cookingwithkids #pizza #teencooking
