Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupgrated carrot/ gajar
  2. 1 litremilk, boiled
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. 2 tbspalmonds chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take a heavy bottomed pan Boil milk, add grated carrot stir well & cook until till carrot and milk combined & little thickens.

    Now add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds for till sugar dissolves flame off.

  3. 3

    Ready to serve. Hot / chilled.
