Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg carrot grated
  2. As neededsugar
  3. 1/2 kgmilk full cream
  4. As neededdry fruit
  5. 1 tspdesi ghee
  6. 3 pinchescardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add ghee and cook it 5 minutes.

    Garnish with dry fruits.

    Take a wok add grated carrot. Heat for 5 minutes.

    Than add milk heat 10 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Then add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Cook it 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
