Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg carrot grated
  • As neededsugar
  • 1/2 kgmilk full cream
  • As neededdry fruit
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • 3 pinchescardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee and cook it 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Garnish with dry fruits.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add grated carrot. Heat for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Than add milk heat 10 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Then add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Cook it 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
