  3. 1lemon
  4. Halfteaspoon bakingpowder
  5. 3 table spoonoil
  6. 1/3 cupmilk
  7. For sugar Syrup 1 cup sugar
  8. 1 table spooncandamon
  9. 1/4 teaspoontea masala

    First prepare the sugar Syrup,boil 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar plus candamon and tea masala until they are sticky to touch.like honey.Once ready let it cool.

    Grate lemon skin in a bowl,squeeze in the lemon juice and add in the baking powder.it will effervesence.Add sugar and stir

    Add warm water,add the flour and start mixing.do this while adding the warm water gradually and milk bringing it to a gummy consistency and the oil And continue folding it in.until well mixed.cover for 15minutes.

    Use a piping bag.fill it with the batter.put oil in a pan/small sufuria let it boil.while pressing the piping bag,cut the batter into the oil using scissors to produce small ball into the oil.fry until golden brown.

    Pour the cool sugar syrup onto the hot luqaimat.let it soak for a minute.Enjoy with beverage of your choice!
