Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspcurry leaves
  8. 1 tbspeno

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add suji, curd, salt, warer and prepare a thick batter. Let it redt for 30 mins

    Then after 30 mins add eno and mix well

  3. 3

    Steam the mini idlis for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Then demould the idlis and let them cool slightly

  5. 5

    Then take a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and saute for a minute or two

  6. 6

    Then add the preapred idlis and stir well. Cook for 3to 4 minutes on medium flame

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chutney
