Cooking Instructions

Wash zobo leaves and add into pot

Add black pepper, cloves into it and boil

Blend pineapple and cucumber sieve and set aside
- 4
Allow zobo to cool and then sieve it
- 5
Add pineapple and cucumber juice into zobo and add flavour and sugar to taste
- 6
Dice cucumber to garnish zobo and serve chilled

Always thinking of something different to make 🤔 I made my zobo juice ( recipe on here) so since the flowers are edible and very good for you, I made zoboooo jam 😀 now that all the flavors are in the juice I just finish the rest!
