Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cuprajma (kidney beans), boiled/ canned
  2. 1/2 cupwhite beans, canned
  3. 1 cupsprouted Mung Beans
  4. 1/2 cupred bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper, chopped
  6. 1tomato, chopped
  7. 1cucumber, chopped
  8. 1/2 cupcorn kernels
  9. Dressing-
  10. 2 tbsp.olive oil
  11. 2 tbsp.vinegar
  12. 1/2 tsp.pepper powder
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 1 tbsplime juice
  15. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1 tsphoney / sugar
  17. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder

Cooking Instructions

2 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a serving bowl, combine together all the ingredients from kidney beans to coriander leaves.

    For the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients from olive oil to sugar in a small bowl and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
