    Chicken keemay ko 2 tbsp oil, lehsan adrak, pisi laal mirch, aur sirka dal ke dry kar lein.

    Phir onion, spring onion, coriander leaves and adrak chop karlen

    Phir tamam chopped vegetable chicken keemay me shamil karden aur thora cook kar ke utar lein.hamaray samoson ka stuff ready hai.

    Aatay ka gum bana lein

    Ab samosay ki shape de kar isme chicken stuff dal lein aur triangle shape deden.

    Hamare samosay ready hain fry hone ke liye.

    Kadhaai me oil garamkar ke deep fry karlen.golden brown hone par oil se nikal lein.
