Leftover phulka rotis are roasted in ghee on iron griddle. Delicious crisp snack to enjoy with hot milk/hot tea in breakfast.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat iron griddle on slow flame. Place on left over roti on it. Apply little ghee all over it. With the help of wooden block, by pressing method roast roti on both side flipping in between till crisp and golden brown.

Similarly prepare all crisp rotis. Store in airtight container or use it fresh as you make.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Ghee Roasted Crisp Rotis with hot milk/tea in breakfast.
