Cooking Instructions

Add the rice and broccoli to the leftover soy milk hot pot, and simmer until the broth almost completely boils out.

Transfer to a oven dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in a toaster oven until the cheese has browned, then serve.

I tried it with an addition of finely chopped and microwaved onion.
