This is a Pakistani cuisine based mutton curry cooked with lentils and rich masalas ! Tastes amazing with both rice and rotis .
Cooking Instructions

In a pressure cooker, add oil, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel seeds until it turns aromatic

Then add onion and sauté well. Once onions start turning brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté til the raw smell goes

Add tomatoes and cook until they are mushy. Add all the spice powders like turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and sauté until oil separates from the mixture

Now add curd and mix well then add the mutton pieces and Bengal gram and toot dal and add enough salt and water and cook well for 12-15 whistles.

Once done open and add coriander leaves and serve with rice or Roti
