Ingredients

  1. 2Ripe mangoes (ensure it is not sour)
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1/2 cupFresh cream
  4. 1/4 cupMilk
  5. 3 gramsAgar Agar/China grass

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the skin of mangoes and chop them. Keep all the ingredients ready.

    Add mangoes to a mixer jar along with 1/4 cup sugar and grind to a fine paste

  3. 3

    Strain the mixture with very little water to a pan.

  4. 4

    In another saucepan put 3 grams of china grass to hot boiling water until it is dissolved

  5. 5

    To the mango puree add 1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/4 cup milk and keep mixing on medium low flame until everything combines well

  6. 6

    Add a pinch of salt and strain the china grass mixture to the mango mixture

  7. 7

    Cook for few more minutes and allow the mixture to reach room temperature.

    Once the mixture cools down, add them to serving bowls/glass and refrigerate for atleast 6 hours.

    After the pudding is set, add chopped mangoes and cherries and top and serve chilled
