Ingredients

  1. 250 gmscluster beans/gavarfali
  2. 4onions
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2dry red chilly
  5. 1 tspred chilly powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  8. 1-2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupfreshly grated coconut
  10. 1 tspfresh grated coconut for garnishing
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 1 tspajwain
  13. 1 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cluster beans, cut the edges, and cut in halves. Chop the onions, make a paste of ginger and garlic.

    Heat oil crackle the sesame seeds, add the paste, dry red chilly, mix well, add onions. Cover and cook till golden brown. Now add all the spices, salt, ajwain and beans. Cover and cook till done. Place a thali over the kadai filled with water and cook it on slow flame to high. Cook it without water.

    When ready serve it with jowari rotla, curd or buttermilk, green chillies and chopped onions. Garnish with fresh grated coconut. Love the desi type of food served in this way❤
