Deviled Eggs in a Salad Deviled Eggs in a Salad
Have you went to make deviled eggs and part of the hard boiled egg is torn by peeling the shells off? If so here is a good way of dealing with it. Slice the messed up part off and put that messed up part in to the salad part. I would have had 12 deviled Eggs in the salad but only 7 of them were not messed up so the other 5 egg halves went into the salad mix. skunkmonkey101 -

What could be more delicious to eat on a hot summer day? Salad of course! I love all sorts of salads with different Oil bases and or any home made dressing. This is a very simple, green, light, and healthy salad based in Olive Oil and Lemon.Coming from a Greek background, I don’t remember my mother ever not using Olive Oil, and so the tradition continued with me. Spring Chickpea Salad Spring Chickpea Salad
Our whole family loves chickpeas, and we cook them often—sometimes as a soup, sometimes as hummus, or as the salad I’m sharing today. I came up with this salad myself (the combination of ingredients), and I make it often. Everyone always enjoys it, even the kids. The beautiful mix of colors and flavors from the different vegetables gives the salad an amazing taste. Γιωργος _ ΦωτεινηTranslated from Cookpad Greece -

Tuna Salad Avocado Sandwiches Tuna Salad Avocado Sandwiches
This sandwich was so good. The pesto combined with the tuna balanced well. The avocado and English peas added to the flavour profile. I think I used the right amount of each ingredient as not to overwhelm anyone thing making it a one note flavour.I had plenty leftover for more sandwiches at least 6 sandwiches in total. Just add bread. skunkmonkey101 -

Easy Cucumber Salad Easy Cucumber Salad
This is a simple recipe from my childhood. My stepfather always made this growing up. We ate this as a side dish, as an appetizer, at cookouts,...even as a topper for other foods! He usually only did "Cucumbers & Tomatoes in Italian Dressing" but when I started making it myself in my late 20s I started adding onion because I'm obsessed with them! 😆👌 Then, in my early 30s a good friend made this at her home with the addition of green peppers as she had grown a lot of them that year. So now, my personal recipe has adapted to the inclusion of all of these wonderful foods! I also, play around occasionally with the dressing. 😎👍 This particular time I used a raspberry vinaigrette in place of Italian Dressing & I have also used regular vinaigrettes as well. This is always a nice addition to dinner or the cookout. And even as a midday snack! 👏🤤 Chef Mommy Nessa -
