  1. 2 cupsoaked chickpeas
  2. 1small onion
  3. 5-6curry leaves
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 1boiled potato
  6. 1small tomato
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 2 tbsptemarind pulp
  12. For garnishing
  13. 1onion chopped
  14. 2green chillies chopped
  15. 4 tbspcoriander leaves
  16. 1tomato
  17. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil add onion green chillies and curry leaves and saute them

  2. 2

    Now add soaked chickpeas and fry.

    Now add dry ingredients and add water and cook until soft

  4. 4

    Now add temarind pulp and potatoes and fry them until water evaporate

  5. 5

    Now add garnish and serve
