  1. 1 cup Sprouted pre boiled Moong
  2. 1 cup Sprouted Chole chana (chickpeas)boiled
  3. 1 cupSprouted kale chana (chickpeas)boiled
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1tomato finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cupcoriander finely chopped
  7. 2green chilli finely chopped
  8. 1/4 cupred and Yellow capsicum finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cup Pomegranate kernels
  10. handful green grapes chopped
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Par boil Sprouted Moong and boil Sprouted chole& Kale chane.chop onion, tomato, chilli, coriander, capsicum and keep ready.

    Mix all boiled,par boiled sprouts in a bowl, add all the chopped vegetables, fruits salt,chaat masala, lemon juice and mix well.

  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped coriander and sev and serve YUMMY TASTY Sprouts Fruity Chaat in a plate & enjoy.
