Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 500 gramsRice
  2. 1-2 bunchesSpring onions
  3. Beef cubes 3pieces
  4. 2 bunchesSpinach
  5. 1 tablespoonGarlic
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 tablespoonCumin
  8. 1 teaspoonTumeric
  9. Water sufficient for the rice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut all your Vegetables.And measure all what you need to use.

    On your rice cooker or sufuria and heat source add the oil and let it heat up then add in your cumin seeds and tumeric spices. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes and add your spring onions and 1 green chilli. Let it cook for one minute then add your garlic paste and stir.

    Add your beef cubes and stir for a minute or so then add your washed and soaked rice.

    Add the water then let the rice come to a boil.Then add your spinach

  5. 5

    Let the rice cook until the rice cooker turns off and serve with any salad you like.
