In a pot, boil the spinach first. Once it's cooked, drain it and set aside.

In another pot, add oil and sauté the garlic and green onions.

Next, add the rice and stir for 4-5 minutes. Pour in 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of hot water, cover, and let the rice cook.

Then add the dill, the drained spinach, salt, and pepper.

Pour in 2 cups (500 ml) of hot water and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
