I finally made the Dalgona coffee after peeping into the recipes of several chefs and I settled for Chef Kiki's. I'm in love with the outcome and I plan to repeat this process again but with a bit of twist and combination of the other chef's recipes. Watch out..

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspinstant coffee
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 2 tbsphot water
  4. 200 mlChilled milk
  5. Raisins(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk the instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a clean bowl until a stiff frost is obtained.

  2. 2

    Pour the chilled milk into glass cup and scoop the stiff frost coffee mixture on it.

  3. 3

    Dolgona coffee is ready to serve.
