Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoonsminced shallots
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonsdijon mustard
  • 2/3 cupmayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cupsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and mince the shallot. Melt the butter and add the minced shallots. Sauté for 8 minutes

    Add the salt and garlic. Sauté just a bit more, then remove from heat and allow to cool. Add the mustard and mayonnaise to the shallots.

    Add the sour cream and mix well. Serve on your favorite sandwiches or use as a dip for chips. I hope you enjoy!!!
